This product is great. I had a yellow one and the D ring broke off. It was unable to be repaired so they sent me a new one. I had to get a different color but that is ok. The customer service was way more than I expected. Thanks

I like the neatness (no jingle) of my keys now. Ridge has got it going on with everyday carry stuff!
I like it so far - I also like the instructional guide that was provided - acknowledging that their designs are a bit different and may be harder to grasp at first goes a long way with customers I think!
