I had purchased the ridge keychain for my wife over a year ago and the unit worked amazing! Overtime the rubber loop hooked into the keychain broke from natural wear and tear. I even put the included flat head tool as the first "key", this allows a quick "knife like" action to get into my home or office. Thanks @RIDGE for continuing to make GREAT products. Even their warranty is incredible. I lost a screw on the clip of the carrier and an ENTIRE NEW CARRIER was shipped! Wow! Again, why wait......:):)
