Use it all the time

I was very impressed with my first Ridge wallet which I got about 4 years ago, so I bought another one!

Unfortunately, when I bought the second wallet, I picked a cash strap instead of a money clip. I contacted Ridge and they sent me a Money clip at no cost.

I had an issue with my elastic for my ridge wallet. When I contacted Ridge they responded very quickly and sent out a replacement immediately. Great customer service!!!

I have three Ridge Wallets and all of them are great products and have lasted a long time.

This popped up on a game I was playing on my phone and hubby needed a new wallet. I bought it and as I was ordering I never saw an address to send to. Well, it sent to an address I had bought something else (long ago) and I panicked. E-mailed customer service several times to stop shipment. To my dismay they couldn't change or stop. My heart sank! $100. down the drain. Then she said she would send a replacement to my address that I had sent in e-mail at no charge! JOY!! I was so impressed with that customer service that I bought a wallet for myself. These are /christmas presents so have not even seen them yet. I trust the return quarentee and am excited to try a new product. Thank you!
