When I first saw this I just had to get it as a birthday present for myself. And having to think down my wallet is a big plus.
I gave my fiancé a ridge wallet for his birthday. He absolutely loves but some of the screws came out and were lost. I contacted ridge and they promptly sent a replacement wallet. They were very kind and quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make it right.
