Honest Policy

My original Ridge wallet developed a "ding" on the front plate. While the wallet still worked perfectly, Ridge was happy to supply a replacement free of charge. I opted for a whole new wallet and was happy to pay a small fee for processing of the parts not effected by the "ding". It's nice to do business with an honorable company. We need more companies line Ridge.

Replacement

I had some screws come loose on the wallet my girlfriend got me. I reached out because I couldn't find plain black screws to purchase, hoping they could point me in the right direction. They did more than that! They reviewed my claim, looked at the pictures I sent, and send me a whole brand new replacement wallet! I was on the fence about Ridge at first but now I'll never buy another wallet, if it's not Ridge, again! Their support is awesome and it's just an awesome company all around! You can't go wrong with Ridge!
