Bought the royal black set for my husband - just basic bands but it’s the customer service for me! Every time I’ve had an issue like needed to exchange size or get a replacement for a lost ring, the response is almost immediate, and the shipping is fast. Highly recommended.
So happy with my purchase. My husband had been wanting a black band and I was so happy I was able to find one at Ridge. He loves it. My favorite part is that it came with the case and the silicone ring for work so he never had to go without his ring. I originally purchased the wrong side and Ridge was awesome to send a replacement and not hold it against my warranty so I still have my two replacements available if something were to happen to his ring.
