Ridge Company went beyond what I expected for a warranty claim. I simply was looking for replacement screws for my Ridge wallet. They sent a complete new Ridge wallet. There was no waiting to do this. All I had to do was identify the model I wanted. I wasn't restricted to my model. I could choose a different style.
