I ordered the ring back in June but didn’t get married until September. After the wedding I realized the ring was too big and it fell off several times. The next day I contacted Ridge and they immediately sent me a new one out. The quality of the ring is excellent and so was the communication and customer service. It was an incredible value and I highly recommend using their products. I have their carry on luggage it was also super good quality.
Very happy with this purchase. I got it as a daily use replacement. Very comfortable, and so far durable.
Also, I ordered the wrong size originally. The return process was simple and straightforward.
My Husband LOVED the sleek look of this ring. The fit was nice and snug and he was very excited it also came with the rubber ring and case! Quality product! 10/10
