great turn around time
I lost a couple of screws from a Ridge that I purchased quite some time ago. True to their "Lifetime Warranty" word, Ridge sent me some new screws to replace the old ones.
NOTE: Make sure you keep the Torx T5 driver that originally came with your wallet! That's not covered under the warranty.
