Fantastic customer service

I sent an email, about my missing screws. About a week later I got all new screws and even a new elastic set to replace my old ones. My wallet is now like brand new.

Warranty replacement better than expected

Contacted Ridge as my cash strap was worn and wanted to see if I could get a replacement. It was covered under their warranty so my request was approved. But they didn't have an exact replacement for my standard cash strap, so they sent me an AirTag cash strap replacement. It looks great, doesn't add much thickness and it works great. Communication around the warranty replacement, shipping and delivery were excellent. What a great company...high quality product, superb customer service!
