If you are not 100% satisfied with your Ridge wallet purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 99 days of purchase. We offer free returns + exchanges and will provide you with a Prepaid Shipping Label.

Need help finding your order number? Your order number is the seven-digit number that begins with REU included in your Order and Shipping Confirmation emails. It is also located on your order's packing slip. If you cannot find these records, please reach out - we would be happy to help!
All returns and exchanges must be processed through our Returns Portal within 99 days of the original purchase. Ridge will provide a pre-paid shipping label to send your item back. Additional return information:
If you wish to complete a return, the product(s) should be returned in usable condition.
Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original payment method. We cannot change the payment method to redirect refunds to other accounts.
Please remove all non-Ridge items from your return. Ridge is not responsible for returning these to you, and non-Ridge items will be disposed of.
If you are returning your entire order, all items, including promotional or free items, must be included in your return. Should any item, including promotional or free items, not be included with your return, a refund of the returned items will be issued minus the cost of the other items at full price.
If you are returning part of Kit, the other products part of the Kit will not longer be discounted and your refund of the returned products will be priced outside of Kit pricing.
International customers returning items purchased on the Ridge US website are ineligible to receive a free return label from Ridge. A return label with tracking must be provided to Ridge from customers returning outside of the US to ensure a full refund for returned items.
Norway and Switzerland are ineligible for a free return label from Ridge. A return label with tracking must be provided to Ridge from customers returning from these countries to ensure a full refund for returned items.
We require retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt with a picture of the return label at drop-off for your records. If we can verify that the order was dropped off with a receipt and confirmation of the label and the order is lost, we will take responsibility and honor the return or exchange.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Additional return shipping costs are non-refundable. A return is only authorized using a Ridge pre-paid return label. Any outside return labels purchased are non-refundable by Ridge.
All returns must be from a verified RidgeWallet.EU order. Ridge does not offer returns on items purchased outside of RidgeWallet.EU. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
All return labels provided by Ridge are digital. Ridge is not responsible for providing a physical return label.
If you have submitted multiple return requests and received multiple labels, please be sure to use all labels, as using one label to ship multiple returns will result in processing delays.
Orders with a processed Warranty Claim are not eligible for return.
