Replacement Screws

I noticed a few screws were lost from my Gen 1 Ridge, even though the wallet still remained intact and under proper tension. I went online, requested replacement parts and they were received very promptly. Easy as pie and all is well in my Ridge again.

So happy they sent more screws. Wallet good for another 5 years

After five years of everyday carry, the screws holding on the face plate backed out. The face plate fell off.

The screws were promptly delivered, free of charge, and worked perfectly.
