I had purchased this before and after a few years the plastic ripped on me. After making contact with customer service I got a replacement sent promptly and couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
I had purchased the ridge keychain for my wife over a year ago and the unit worked amazing! Overtime the rubber loop hooked into the keychain broke from natural wear and tear. After sending an email to the ridge support team I was sent a new ridge key holder for my wife free of charge. The ridge team is amazing!
Need a way to organize keys and not have them all jingled up, this is your answer. Must have!
This is hands down the best key carrier I've boughten. The spring loaded patented action is second to none! I even put the included flat head tool as the first "key", this allows a quick "knife like" action to get into my home or office. Thanks @RIDGE for continuing to make GREAT products. Even their warranty is incredible. I lost a screw on the clip of the carrier and an ENTIRE NEW CARRIER was shipped! Wow! Again, why wait......:):)
