Ridge Click Pen Review: A Sturdy, Stylish Writing Tool for Everyday Use
The Ridge Click Pen so far is delivering on its promise of precision and durability, offering a writing experience that feels as solid as its construction. I opted for the bright Basecamp orange finish, which adds a touch of vibrancy and solves my perennial problem of misplacing less colorful pens.
One of the pen’s highlights is its smooth operating mechanism. The bolt action is not only fun to use but also feels reassuringly solid. The tension on the pocket clip is another strong point, providing a secure hold without being too tight.
At 5.5 inches, the pen feels well-balanced in my hand, and its slightly larger diameter gives it a presence that adds to the comfort of use, especially during longer writing sessions. Initially, I experienced some roughness with the included Schmidt EasyFlow 9000 M Cartridge, but after a brief break-in period, it’s writing much better.
In short, so far I’m a believer that the Ridge Click Pen is a well-made, reliable pen that meets the needs of those who value both form and function. The lifetime warranty only adds to its appeal, making it a worthy investment for anyone looking to upgrade their everyday writing tool.
