I inquired about missing screws for my ridge wallet and keycase. I only expected to have replacement screws but Ridge had sent me replacement screws and a whole new keycase, free of charge. I am very satisfied.

Lifetime Warranty = True Statement

I purchased a keycase almost 4 years ago and from daily rigorous use it finally gave in and needed to be replaced. Notified Ridge of its demise and was quickly provided a credit to purchase this new keycase at no cost to me with free shipping. Thankful to find a quality product with a company that stands by its lifetime warranty!
