Purchased this ring for our upcoming elopement. Quality is great we absolutely love it. We did have to contact support to get a different size. Support was fantastic. They shipped out another ring quickly. We will absolutely buy from Ridge again. Great company great service.

Ridge has excellent customer service as it took 3 different sizes of ring to find the right one. Ridge sent out the additional sizes without any fuss to ensure I found the right size that fits my finger. After the 3rd attempt, I found the perfect size! Ridge is such as awesome company that they told me these additional shipments didn't count against my Forever Fit guarantee. Now that is a company that stands by their product and their guarantee. I am now a Ridge customer for life (and BTW I also own their new phone charger which is excellent).
