The first one sent our was the wrong size, and it took a couple of days to hear back from them, but they replaced it, no questions asked. It had been personalized, but they replaced it quickly.
I ordered a size 10.5 at first and it was a little too big. So I exchanged it for a 10 and it fit perfect! Ridge sent me the label to print and I just had to return it. The ring is very nice and heavy. Very good quality.
