The screws came in a nice little bag and were very easy to install. Customer service was very helpful! This was the first time I needed parts after buying this for my husband around 6 years ago. Great product, great service!
I can’t get over the Lifetime Warranty Ridge offers. They don’t need to offer it, and to be honest, I expected some difficult hoops to jump through to get a new elastic for my wallet. Nope, no hoops just a pain-free process.
